Unfortunately, we cannot accept any form of exchange for personalized items. but if you reach out to us via Etsy, email, messenger or in instagram we will send you an image of the final product before shipping it. For non personalized items Berber life may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Berber Life does not cover the return fee.
